1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Click on File
3. Clock on Account Settings > Account Settings
4. Select New
5. Click on Advanced Options and ensure that 'Let me set up my account manually' is enabled
6. Select either IMAP or POP depending on your requirements.
7. Complete the details as follows:

INCOMING MAIL SERVER:
• Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
(replace "yourdomainname" text with your custom domain name)
Port: 993
Port: 993
Security Type/Encryption: SSL
Username: email address
Password: "Type the password used when creating your email account"
OUTGOING MAIL SERVER:
• Server: mail.yourdomainname.co.za
(replace "yourdomainname" text with your custom domain name)
Port: 465
Security Type/Encryption: SSL
Username: email address
Password: "Type the password used when creating your email account"
Enable SMTP Authentication - Use same settings as Incoming server (or choose password for SMTP Auth. and use your email and password)
