Download and Install the BlueMail App for your Android




BlueMail download and configuration settings


Before you download the app for installation, please familiarise yourself with the setup instructions below:

MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE HAS INTERNET (DATA) CONNECTION OR WIFI

    After downloading the configuration on your cellphone:

    1. Look for the downloaded file in your downloads folder.
    2. Click on downloaded file, it will automatically start installing.
    3. Once the installation is done, enter your Email Address or Username.
    4. Then enter your supplied Password.
    5. The app will automatically search the server for your settings and connect.

    HOW TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL EMAIL ACCOUNT 


    Already have one email account working in BlueMail? 

    You can add additional email accounts without removing your existing account. 
    BlueMail supports multiple accounts in the same app.


    Step 1 — Open BlueMail

    • Open the BlueMail app on your cellphone.
    • On the main inbox screen, look at the bottom-left corner for the three dots (…).
    • Tap the three dots.

    Important: BlueMail's interface can look slightly different depending on the version of the app. In newer versions, you may instead access Add Account through the account picker at the top-left.


    Step 2 — Tap “Add Account” (see reference images below)

    • A menu will appear.
    • Select Add Account.


    Step 3 — Choose “Other Email”

    You will be shown a list of email providers.

    For a normal business email account, select:

    Other Email




    BlueMail will then guide you through entering your email address and password. If automatic setup doesn't work, BlueMail also provides a manual setup option where you can enter the IMAP/POP3 and SMTP settings.


    Step 4 — Enter your new email details

    Enter the new email address and its password, then continue with the setup instructions.

    Once completed, your new account will appear alongside your existing account in BlueMail.
    That's it! 🎉


    You can now have multiple email accounts in one BlueMail app and switch between them whenever you need to.

    You're DONE. Now you're ready to use the app.
